Galaxy Heights is a RERA registered project and as required by all RERA registered projects we have all the necessary permissions and approvals in place such as clear title, Intimation of Approval and Commencement Certificate etc.

Q16. What is the process of booking?
Once the client has finalised a particular flat and agreed upon a price point, we initiate a booking with a token amount of Rs. 21,000/-. As per whatever the current due is construction wise, we target the next 10 days for 10% payments from the client along with a sanction letter in case of clients availing home loans. The client can then proceed for the registration of the flat and start the home loan documentation process. Once this is completed the balance amounts are to be received from the banks or the clients share [depending on the proportion of loan sanctioned] within 45 days of booking.

Yes, there are schools nearby such as Kala Vidyalaya Polytechnic School & College, Ryan International School, St. Anne’s High School, Holy Family High School, Vibgyor High School etc. There are also famous markets such as Malad market, Malwani market, Chincholi Bunder market, and entertainment zones like Infinity Mall and Inorbit Mall within close proximity.
