As per whatever the current due is construction wise, we target the next 10 days for 10% payments from the client along with a sanction letter in case of clients availing home loans. The client can then proceed for the registration of the flat and start the home loan documentation process. Once this is completed the balance amounts are to be received from the banks or the clients share [depending on the proportion of loan sanctioned] within 45 days of booking.
